About the room
Iām moving out of my apartment and need someone to take over the lease. Rent is normally around 1400 which includes all utilities split in half, prices can fluctuate. You will need to get your own internet since I will be canceling mine when I move out.
This is one of the most dog-friendly apartments in Tampa with a massive dog park! The staff is also super friendly.

No complaints at all about living here, just have personal reasons to move out of state.

There is one guy who lives here. He is super chill, quiet, clean, and respectful. He also has a service dog but she is very friendly and sweet. He is open to any other animals as long as they are allowed by the complex.
