Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting January 1st as I will be heading back to Germany after my semester abroad at SDSU.

It is in a 10 bedroom/5 bathroom home just under a mile away from SDSU. The size of the room is approximately 12’ x 8’, has a built-in closet and I would also be open to sell all my furniture for a good price. You would share a bathroom with two other roommates.

It is located about a mile away from campus. Besides that, the house offers a fully equipped kitchen + living room and a beautiful outside area with a pool, lounging area and turf. Parking is available on site as well as on the street.

Rent is $1100 + utilities per month. You would also need to pay a security deposit of $1100.

A Co-Signer is necessary!!!

Including you, there would be a total of 11 students living in this house. There is also another small house in the back with 4 people living in there. It’s pretty much a 50/50 ratio between boys and girls that are all between 20 and 26.
