STUDENT HOUSING!! This fully furnished apartment is located at The Nest within walking distance of the Salisbury University campus. It is located 2 buildings down from Island Creamery. It is a quiet complex building. My apartment has 3 other bedrooms that have females in them. One of them has a cat that stays in her room. They all are nice and stay to themselves. Wifi, water, heat, and electricity are all included in the $745 price. The room that I have is the best room in the unit! It has the biggest shower that can fit two people. I have the biggest window that allows the sun to come in throughout the day. The tv that is on the wall is not included, but the stand that is attached to the wall will be left to be able to put a tv up. I have two-door closets with plenty of room.

My roomies are all females. They are neat and stay to themselves. I really never see them. They are respectful towards the use of sharing room in the fridge and pantry. Like I said before one of my roommates has a cat that stays in her room all the time. Overall, they are never nice and quiet and are considered perfect roommates!
