Two bedrooms in a two-story townhouse are available, 2.5 bathrooms, a closed-in backyard for privacy, and parking in front. The kitchen is shared, with one large french refrigerator and a deep freezer to keep your food cold, coffee station is complete with a Keurig for your convenience. Very quiet, safe, family-oriented neighborhood. Easy access to the airport, shopping, and downtown. The room is fully furnished for your convenience, with one full bathroom on the second floor and one-half bathroom on the first floor. Smoking not is allowed in the house but I have a backyard where you are free to smoke while you enjoy using the grill and appreciate Florida’s sunny weather. Internet is available, proof of income is required upon move-in and a background check is required and handled on my end.
