Unique “ Private Roomate situation“, PLEASE READ. Two completely private/separated rooms and bath for rent in my home in Tampa Heights. $1,375 a month including all utilities (water, electricity, trash), garden maintenance. $1500 if fully furnished place is desired.

Living room has half a kitchen w/ RV/portable sink, microwave and mini fridge with freezer. Bedroom has everything needed for an easy move. Bathroom is unique with a rustic look, and copper materials.

The rooms are tucked away behind sliding doors which remain permanently closed and the bathroom has a jack and Jill door that connects the spaces. That door remains permanently closed, giving you the privacy and designated separate living spaces.

As per parking, I have a wide parking pad w/ additional space in front of the house; one side will be for your use and the other for mine. You will have space for 1 car on your side plus a guest when needed (park behind your car).

The garden is filled with beautiful trees and plants. You will have your own garden, separated with a small black gate you will see in the pictures. I will take care of the maintenance of the backyard every 3 months but I ask that you keep clean.

No laundry but tons of laundry services all around the area. No loud people, or big parties.

Pets ok- one time charge.

No couples, 1 person only.

Tampa Heights (7-10 minutes from downtown Tampa and UT, 8 minutes from Raymond James Stadium, 15 min from USF, 2-5 minutes from shops on Florida Ave/seminole heights).

I live w/ my boyfriend, my two cats and our two pups (husky mixes). They are all friendly. I work at home in mental health services and have a passion for helping others! I love gardening, camping, kayaking, anything that’s to do with the outdoors. Im pretty laid back and not into the party life. Since I work from home I expect respectful noise levels M-F.
