4/4/24 Updated details: Space available is one bigger bedroom with one shared bathroom. Bathroom will be shared with a male so we strongly prefer a clean/tidy male to share bathroom with.
Bedroom had a 55’ Smart TV, a ceiling fan, a desk and chair if needed.
House has been recently renovated with new lighting in all bedrooms, living room, and hallway. Home has a modern feel. Home has central heating/AC. Kitchen was renovated in 2023. Brand new Keurig with complimentary coffee, sugar, and tea provided.
Washer and dryer is also available for use.
Room includes a very comfortable memory foam mattress.
We are ideally looking for someone who is fully employed, a full time student who keeps themselves busy, someone who likes to clean after themselves and can be cordial with others.
Rent includes utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, prime video etc); however, If you work from home, rent will be higher due to higher utility cost. Utilities (PG&E) may be separated from rent if a high increase occurs.
Home is near UC Davis Medical Center, Cal State Sacramento, Dignity Health Hospital, close to many great places to eat, close to Target, grocery stores and minutes away from downtown Sacramento.
We have a cleaning fee of $40/month to have common areas of the house clean twice/month.
** we do not allow smoking of any kind, no drugs, no pets and no overnight guests unless approved in advance owners**
Move-in special: if you move in by 5/1, May rent will be $1000.
*We have surveillance cameras in the shared spaces of the home for security purposes
