I currently share the duplex with a nice couple, we all work full time so the house is empty most of the time. They are quiet and keep to themselves so privacy isnt an issue. Water is included and utilities add up to about $20 a mo since its split between 3 people. The house is in a nice area close to shopping, food, and entertainment (golf n stuff, vons, main street etc…) Laundry on site and street parking available. Small pets are ok! You don’t have to be apart of the lease if you don’t want to be and rent is month to month (:
