I live in a 5000 sq ft home with a community pool and spa across the street. I live with my husband and children. Daughter 25 with my 2 grandsons 5 and 14 mos old . 23 son and a 16 year old daughter. I rent one room out to a couple they are 25 with a newborn baby. Everyone goes to work Monday Thur Friday. We live in beautiful Moorpark Ca. Close to Moorpark collage and CLU collage. Shopping close by and restaurants. Roommate would have full house privileges . We have a large kitchen and a BBQ outside. WiFi and Direct Tv No smoking indoors . No Drugs
