Mettia's room

The two Rooms I have available are on the backside of the house which are the cooler rooms. Black out curtains in both rooms, spacious closets. Both rooms are unfurnished. Rent includes all utilities + Wi-Fi. Shared washer and dryer.

I am pretty open minded but no smokers no pets no frequent overnight guest unless guests are willing to chip in on bills. I prefer clean individuals and respectful individuals, we all grown. I am a lesbian so someone comfortable with sharing a space with me.
