I am a salon owner and artist and have lived in Delray Beach for 10 years. I work quite a bit I’m not home most of the days.

There is also a laundry room off the kitchen, patio and a guest bathroom downstairs. The living space has a 75“ TV with a sound bar, seating for 12 and a water purifier. The kitchen has two air fryers, juicing machine, Ninja Blender, coffee maker and everything you may need to cook, store or enjoy food & drink with a bar work or eat. High speed wifi throughout the house with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Netflix, Prime Movies and more. We also have a garage if storage is needed

The Seabourn property itself is a gated community, only five minutes off Atlantic Avenue, five minutes to the beach. A gated community with 2 two pools, 2 gym’s, Grill area, sauna, basketball court and more. The property is a wide variety of age groups and the property staff has always been very helpful. There is a super Walmart and Publix within minutes of our front entrance.
