I live in a nice quiet area and gated community close to Publix,cvs, LA fitness and banks. The room is furnished. Has 2 dressers, full bed, display built-ins, mini frig. The community has several pools. Close to transit/expressway.Rent includes electric and internet. I am very easy going and i am a very creative person as being a designer.My verification of license was verified on roommates just having trouble here.Close to FIU Biscayne campus, turnpike/highway. Parking requires a background check and interview by management since we are a gated community plus your car must be registered to the property to have a guest spot(Fee is $150) takes 2 weeks. Mattress new bed sheets new paint new pillows new etc. No couples!!

Well its my place and it would be me and possibly maybe you? I wear many hats on working, yes i design when i have a client but work in a warehouse down by airport and Creative Director for social media accounts for Rothman Fabrics.
