Upstairs is the master bath for all, two private bedrooms for my 18 yr old son & I. Middle level is a sunny living, dining, kitchen, half bath, end unit deck 14 W x 12 L. Lower level is your private bedroom and laundry area (need to replace washing machine), and my garage with small storage. I’m open to converting the garage into additional living area. We are a low key family interested in a kind, reliable, respectful person to live with.
