About the room
A room in a nice 3br/2bath property is available. The kitchen has all been renovated and is beautiful and new. Also new SAMSUNG washer and dryer. Very quiet, safe, family oriented neighborhood. Easy access to airport, shopping and downtown. This house is strictly no dirt floors. Rooms are unfurnished (bed frame provided) and bathroom is shared with a lady who likes to keep clean. Smoking is allowed in the backyard (Vapes can be smoked in the house). Internet is available. Proof of income is required upon move-in.
About the roomies
Two Japanese sisters (ages 21 and 23) and an American man (age 21) living in house. We are very clean (no dirt feet in the living room for easy cleaning) and respectful of others. You share a bathroom with a 21 year old female student. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
