I have a 75-inch 4K TV and a comfortable recliner sofa in the living room. Kitchen has an eat-in area and is well equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel French-door refrigerator, and washer and dryer. Oakwood floor (no carpet), freshly painted interior, and new light fixtures. This room has plenty of natural light and direct access from the room to the backyard/picnic area. Shared bills not included.
