I am looking to rent my unfinished bedroom for 800.00 a month to a professional single female with no children - no pets and no allergies to pets because I own a small dog. You have to have a clean criminal background-because I run a home base business. The room is renting for 800.00 a month. All utilities included. Rent is due on the 1st if each month with no exception to the rule. Rent is late on the 2nd. Late fee will be charged on the 2nd. The bathroom in the hall will be shared with one other person and both people are responsible for keeping clean. Tenant have access to the basement and kitchen, washer and dryer. The house is located in front of bus line and close to stores and Ft.Belvoir, VA.
