The room in kind of a smallish room, but enough for a queen bed to fit comfortably. We currently have a spare bed in there available for use, other furniture will need to be provided by you

Next to the room is the downstairs bathroom, with will be yours (though any guests would likely use that one, and my fiance takes baths in there due to the tub being deeper and staying hotter (her words) than the upstairs tub). In house laundry, dishwasher, AC and hearing, fireplace (though I haven’t tried that out yet)

The house is nearby the Franklin Rd interchange with I-84 and I-184, so quick access to other areas. Fred Meyers and Albertsons in five-ten minute drive.

Our lease is up in November, and we are looking at moving out at that time (hopefully to another state, but otherwise a different place). So this might either be a temporary housing, or something you might be able to take over.

I am a 30 year old male. I am an Assistant Traffic Engineer with Ada County Highway District. My girlfriend/fiance is 29 years old, and is on disability.

We have four cats, two are fixed and are ESA registered, other two will be fixed soon. They are super sweet, and if you allow them to, they will cuddle with you and love pets. However, due to the cats not getting along with dogs, and not being able to have any more cats, we won’t be able to have another animal in the house.

I play video games, read, love watching movies. I also do a dungeons and dragons campaign on Sundays.

My fiance loves doing crafts, cooking, true crime (yea, slightly worrying? She’s learning all of the things not to do if/when she decides to kill me lol). She’s big on listening to music, and outdoors activities.
