I’m a 26 year old male, my roommate is a 32 year old female, we are looking for a 3rd roommate!

This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage townhouse located on 527 between Thrashers Corner and North Creek. Room is $700 a month with utilities and internet paid separately. We are looking for someone to stay for at least a year. A deposit will also be required.

The room is pretty big, the rent is unbeatable! This would be a great place to live for a student or someone trying to save money! This is a really nice place! It’s a 15 minute drive from UW Bothell! Please no parties, smoking, drugs, heavy drinking. Unfortunately, we do not need any more pets in the house. We already have 2 small dogs and that is plenty!
