About the room
Newly remodeled townhome with a nice kitchen and full finished lower level for rent . The level has a good sized furnished bedroom with brand new carpet, a full bathroom, and a living room with couch TV, kitchen cart and mini fridge.
The kitchen is on the main floor and will be a shared space. On the main floor is also the dining room and main living room which could be shared spaces as well.
There is a small dog that lives in the house so no other pets but he is very sweet and loving
About the roomies
It is just me and my dog living at the house. I am a very busy teacher and swim coach who loves to watch sports and hangout with friends on the weekend. I love to travel, spend time with my family and also just sit and home and relax as well.
I keep my house very clean and tidy and am easy to live with and keep to myself.
