Elijah's room

I have three bedrooms in the house. All about 14x12. My room has A private bathroom and if you’re interested in having it, It’s yours but would be an extra $100 per month. I don’t spend any time in my bedroom so I don’t mind taking another bedroom. I’m in the central bench so you’ll literally be 10 min from everything. I’m in a quiet neighborhood in a cul de sac. Big backyard. Single level home. It’s a great spot if you work downtown or need to get on the freeway quickly.

Hey all! My name is Eli and this is all new to me. I’ve always lived alone but I’m thinking it could be a cool experience to have someone to share the house with. I’m 29 years old and a full time artist and work out of my garage studio. I travel a lot to Chicago so I’m not always home. I’m clean, respectful, and super chill. I’ve got three bedrooms and you can literally choose whichever one you want. I spend most of my time in my studio or in the living room. I do have a little boy cat named Cash and I promise you he’s cool. I don’t party but I’m down to go out from time to time or go on adventures when I’m not working.
