Carmen's room

Really big room available for rent in Union City. The room is currently fully furnished and the furniture can be taken over at a very low price, as I am leaving the country. The room has two large windows facing away from the street, so it gets a lot of light without a lot of noise. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. Washer and dryer are in the building. The flat has A/C and heating. The bus for Hoboken is 2 minutes away and several buses to New York are within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes. You can get to Times Square in less than 30 minutes, so it’s perfect for students and commuters, who are looking to save money on rent. Aldi is a 10 minute walk away and Lidl about 20 minutes, so it is very easy to get affordable groceries. The room is available from the beginning of December. 1.5 months rent are required as a security deposit and the lease is until September 2023. Subleasing is not allowed.

The current roommates are two males in their mid 20s. One is a working professional and the other is a PhD student at Stevens.
