About the room
I live on tempe town lake. It is a 1400 square ft 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a loft. Your room would lightly have a view of the lake. Beautiful high ceilings in kitchen and living room. The rent here would include a furnished room and a bathroom. The bedroom would not contain bedding or a TV.
About the roomies
You and I would share the apartment. I am a clean, hard working 29 year old female. I like cooking, the gym, mindfulness, yoga and spending time on the lake. I have a small 10 pound poodle mix who is very sweet and potty trained.
