I live primarily in Palm Springs and only come into LA for work and primarily stay at the house 2 nights a week. The rest of the week the house is yours! When I get home I usually go out with friends for dinner then home into my bedroom and chill. My previous roommate of 5 years relocated to San Diego for his job and will be excited to meet a new roommate that would love this home for themselves and enjoy what it has to offer! I have one small obedient and quiet dog that keeps to herself.
