Large, two-story house that’s been fully updated with new appliances and renovated bathrooms. All bedrooms come unfurnished and include Wi-Fi and all utilities.
Close to public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Less than a mile to grocery stores, gyms, parks, and shops. Two miles to Cherry Creek State Park and easy access to Highway 83 and 225. Close to DTC.
We keep a very clean and well-maintained home and are looking for roommates that will do the same. Full smart-home security system with key less entry and in a very safe and quiet neighborhood.
One room is currently available upstairs with a full bathroom (including a bathtub) shared between three of the rooms. There is another shared half bathroom on the main level.
About the roomies
My wife and I are renting out this home and are looking for like-minded housemates who enjoy a clean and quiet home. We love to cook, make cocktails, and play sports and games. We have a hypoallergenic Goldendoodle who is very well trained, but quite excitable.
There are currently two females and one male in the upstairs rooms. My wife and I live in the basement and everyone is in their 20’s and 30’s.
