Wendy's room

We have 1 extra room in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Single adult occupancy only. The room will include full access to kitchen and backyard. Washer and Dryer not included. Room has a mattress if needed or we can remove as well. Bathroom will be shared with 1 other person and occasional guests. We are very strict about picking up after yourself and being clean and respectful to other roommates. Bills are included. Looking for someone that is employed outside the home. No pets, no smoking or vaping, no drugs, and no parties. Please email me about yourself.

We are a small family of three which includes our two year old daughter and one other roommate (25 year old female) My husband and I work from home during the week. On the weekend we spend time with family and friends. We are big foodies and like trying new restaurants. When we are not out and about we love watching movies at home , pretty much homebodies.
