UCONN STUDENTS W/ CARS!! Renting out a room in a condo (duplex) with three other UConn student roommates (all friendly and clean!). Will have a bedroom on the ground floor with somewhat private bathroom and full closet. Parking included in rent, ~12 minutes from Storrs campus, will need access to a car if commuting to campus. In a quiet single home neighborhood, North Windham shopping center (Walmart, Aldi, etc) only ~12 minutes away!

Three roommates that all get along well and keep apartment clean overall. All have private rooms, and will respect boundaries, preferences, etc. All friends (and welcoming) and love getting Dunkin and watching tv together. Shared and fair responsibilities with chores around the house. No excessive drinking or drug use in house, an overall positive and welcoming environment for someone commuting to UConn!
