House Rules

1. Respect other residents.
2. If it’s not yours don’t touch it without permission.
3. Don’t abuse utilities.
4. Dress appropriately when in common areas. (don’t be walking around in your underwear or less)
5. Everyone will be expected to contribute to household chores to the best of their ability.
6. No smoking or vaping or burning of incents inside the house.
7. Pets must be approved by homeowner and only a few type pets will be approved.
8. Our neighborhood has a 25 mph speed limit that must be followed at all times while driving within the neighborhood.
9. Rent payments must be made by the last day of the previous month, it is your responsibility to budget accordingly. . No illegal activity is to be conducted on the property.

We are a family of 5 between the ages of 22 and 62, we have dogs, cats and reptiles so more animals in my home is not desirable.
