I am looking for a housemate to rent a room in my house in Anaheim Colony area near Anaheim High School. Friends and family call this place a resort. Lots of natural light. Entry directly into your room. The room is furnished with a bed.

Rent includes all utilities (electric, gas, water, high-speed internet). I’m looking for a 12-month commitment. Move-in with first month’s rent, and $550 security deposit. I may consider month-to-month for modified rental price.

Roommate must have full time employment. I may requires verifiable income (2 recent paystubs), references, including last landlord. Must have good rental history. A background check will be conducted.

I am a 42 year old male and a full time professional. I am an honest, clean, and very respectful person, who would want the same from a roommate.

My son (6 years) is with me every other weekend (Friday - Sunday), Wednesday night and Monday evenings.

I love to host dinners/bbqs/poker nights with friends and family. Host your own get together and be responsible for cleaning up after the event.

You will have a private room. The bathroom is in the hallway and primarily yours.
