Hi there If you’re looking to move this room is it for you. I live about 15-20 min from the beach and about 20-25 from Tampa. St. Pete is about 25-30 min from me as well. With the shared bathroom you would have to clean up after yourself. Basically I just need a clean and neat Roomate especially if we are going to share a bathroom. I do have little furbabies, who are sweet and lovable. If you are allergic to cats this room will not be fit for you. I prefer someone who doesn’t have animals bc I have a house full already. I would also like to mention storage is a bit limited. . The room is pretty spacious just the closet is just a bit small. We can figure out how to store your bathroom stuff in the shared bathroom. There isn’t any carpet in the apartment. I keep it very clean due to having my furbabies running around. I live on the second floor so no need to worry about people stomping their feet. The apartment itself is quite spacious. I don’t like people having parties at my place either due to stuff can break and or people get careless. I am kind of an introvert/extrovert but a bit more introverted so my home is my Safe Haven so I keep it a bit cozy and quiet. However cable is not available but internet is. The area that I live in is close to everything… the beach… Tampa… st. Pete. I hope to hear from you very soon :) Again the rent is $950 and unfortunately it does not include electric or internet. I am single and work. l am the only person who lives here. I’m clean, quiet, and super chill.😌 I want someone who is the same. Drama free environment for sure and understanding. I want someone who is nice and responsible and to pay their rent on time. Also someone who cleans up after themselves as well.
