Great roommates I’ve had in the past were always friendly, creative types.. Having had many roommates over the years as well as a communal situation, even hosting on airbnb, I feel I know very well how to respect others lives and handle the dynamics of any living situation. also have excellent communication skills to work the kinks out of any issues. I don’t smoke, and prefer roommates not to in the apartment. I’m pretty clean, not crazy clean though. Having a dishwasher and washer dryer is a huge help there. Get up early, npr and coffee and off to work. some music/tv in the evenings perhaps. also two cats. who are playful and good with other animals.
