In addition, it’s a two-story home located at 98 North Lakeland. 15 mins away from Southeastern university. 12 mins Florida Southern University, 3 mins from Publix and other shopping centers. The shared spaces are the laundry room, kitchen, living room, and an enclosed patio. The room is furnished with a flat screen TV and queen size bed . If you (yourself personally) are a full time student.Your room will come fully furnished.
