Gated community. Room for rent in Tamarac fully furnished with internet and cable. Must have proof of employment and cleared background check. Must have first and last month’s rent. Renting month to month. It’s a townhouse shared between one male and one female. The kitchen is shared No laundry there is a laundromat two miles from the house. No pets allowed. Renting only for one person

We are calm people we don’t really make much noise. We all have our private rooms. We go to work and come back to a quiet home.
