Hello all; I am real and expect the same. I am not looking for anything besides a roomie. No relationships, no casual flings, nothing bartered.

I am searching for the right roommate. Honest, respectful, decent, trustworthy, on time with rent. I will do a complete background check as well as check references. I am a gay disabled Male in my 50’s. Not approved in the home: the use of any type of marijuana, illegal drugs, alcoholics, addicts. I know everyone has their hangups but I need someone compatible.

Room has a Queen Bed, pillows and Sheets. Large Flat screen TV with Blu Ray Player. Dresser, Chest of Drawers and a Rolltop Desk. Lamps are there but could be taken out. Large Closet. The ceiling is white and the walls a pastel yellow with wood trim around ceiling. The curtains are currently navy blue but can be changed.

We have a seasonal pool, A/C and Heat. High speed internet. We share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The home is usually always clean. I have a Dog and 3 cats. I cannot have other animals in my home I am at the limit for HOA rules. If you are interested send me a reply with your favorite color as the subject so I can ignore spam. Security Deposit ranges from $200.00 to $600.00 and is determined prior to the application process below.

My process is this:

1. Once interested I email a roommate questionnaire you fill it out return it to me and I send you the exact same questionnaire with my answers to determine if we are a good fit and if we both want to proceed.
2. Then you come look at the room. After meeting if we both want to move forward then step 3.
3. Application and background check is completed.  If we decide to move forward from there the security deposit is required for me to remove the room from craigslist and hold the room for you.
4. When I receive the background check returned which is usually about 5 minutes and check your references which usually takes about an hour for me to decide from the information they provide if we both want to move forward.
5. Then we get to the rental agreement signing and the move in date is set.

If you are going to be unwilling to answer a questionnaire in writing please do not respond.
