This is a two bed, two bath 1,133 sq. ft. apartment. You’ll have a private room and private bathroom. Apartment has high-speed internet. Kitchen has new appliances including a dishwasher. You will be added to the current lease which will expire on July 31st 2023. The landlord will require a full credit and background check. Energy, internet, and water not included.

I’m easy to get along with, clean, respectful, responsible, and honest. If there’s a problem, I communicate it immediately and non-confrontationally. I have my own business and work from home. I’m also a musician and enjoy writing and recording music. I don’t mind if you have people over. I have a girlfriend and will have her over from time to time, but not often.
