Current roommates are a mature couple M (53) and F (40) that have shared custody of M (8) son of Dad. We are not homebodies and are pretty active in sports and outdoor activities. We cook a lot…and are easy going parents and friends to many varieties of shared friends and couples we entertain for from time to time. Our neighbors on each property are extremely nice people. The property has some penned animals and some wild ones as well, and a plethora of plants/cactus/trees and numerous varieties of bird species, so if you appreciate nature, this is a winner for you. We enjoy a smoke free environment indoors, but allow vaping, we allow smoking outside, yes even marijuana. No other drug use is tolerated on property, but you can enjoy drinking responsibly at your leisure whenever you here.
