Walnut Grove Avenue

One male and female roommate (male has master bedroom) seeking a professional or full-time working female roommate. All of the downstairs is furnished, spare bedroom not furnished. We are a quiet but fun household. We both work full-time for a school so are home during the evenings and most weekends. Seeking clean female roommate to share bathroom with (we each have our own sink and plenty of storage space). Please no pets. We are 420 friendly and alcohol friendly. We are very fun, funny, love chilling with Netflix or keeping to ourselves in our rooms. Plenty of street parking and some back lot parking as well just in case there is no parking on street.
