This townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom located in an amazing location in Camarillo, Ca. It is about one mile to the 101 freeway and 0.5 miles to the nearest grocery store and restaurants! Anything you need is within a 5-10 minute drive. Cal State Channel Islands is about a 15-20 minute drive. Rent is $1003 each not including utilities. Utility costs are divided evenly among the roommates and range between $100-150 each.

This townhome is currently occupied by 3 college students, however one is moving out at the end of June so we’re looking for someone to occupy her room when she leaves! The new occupant will have your own private room and will be sharing a bathroom with one of the other roomies. Unfortunately, no new pets are allowed to move in with us, as we already have one dog and one cat and the complex only allows two as the maximum. The new occupant will have full access to the kitchen and storage and fridge space, as all storage is shared evenly between the roommates. Please reach out with any questions!
