The room is fully furnished with a king bed on an adjustable bed frame. Linen will be provided. The home is centrally located in the Green Run area of VA Beach. You will also have a parking space in the driveway. There is a Walmart and Target 5 min away (by car). It is also military friendly location: Virginia Beach town center is 4 miles (lots of restaurants that offer indoor and outdoor dining). Mount Trashmore park is 3 miles. Lynnhaven Mall is 3.1 miles. Waterside district is 10 miles. Naval Air Station Oceana is 7.1 miles away. Naval Air Station Oceana Dam Neck Annex is 9 miles, Ft. Story Army Base is 16 miles, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek is 9.1 miles, and Norfolk Naval Operations Base is 18 miles.
I live alone with a small dog (Maltese). He is people friendly. I am extremely clean and keep a very clean home with minimal clutter. I do not smoke and I am a social drinker. I go to bed early and am a early morning riser.
