LOOKING FOR A FEMALE ROOMMATE ONLY PLEASE!

I’ve been at this property for the last 3 years, just recently decided it’s probably in my best interest to save some money and look for a trustworthy but fun roommate. I have an extra room that I generally use for family or friends when they come visit so it’s pretty much furnished. The bedroom is decent sized, carpeted, and already has a bed, night stand and air conditioner in it, as well as closet space. There’s no yard but it’s a decent looking place for the price and location in my opinion! The bathroom, kitchen, and living room would be shared spaces, so someone clean and respectful is very sought after! The only parking available is street parking, as all the other tenants have garages and there aren’t any more available ones unfortunately. All my neighbors are nice and it’s easy to talk to anyone if you ever need help with anything! Ideally I’m looking for someone who can commit to 6 months, and then if all goes well, we can go from there if we both choose to continue living here!

My name is Marijo (Mary-jo) and it’s just me and my two small dogs here. I moved from Massachusetts a few years ago and have recently just started making more girlfriends after getting out of a relationship. I work from home at the moment (that could change) so I’m generally hanging out in the living room during the day for the most part on my lap top, watching tv. I like to go out on the weekends, and occasionally I have a friend over but it’s not super often that that happens. I’m super simple, drama free, and fun. Exploring new places, working out, hitting the bars, or just staying in is what I’m all about. I like to keep to myself for the most part but having someone I could potentially become friends with live here too would be cool and honestly is my goal with all this!
