The room is fairly large and next to the kitchen with full appliances that we share. Your room would have its own bathroom and two closets. It also includes its own balcony and a washer and dryer that we would both share. The apartment includes a furnished living room, but your bedroom would not come furnished. The complex is relatively quiet except for the weekends. The apartment is located very centrally to downtown, pacific beach, hillcrest, mission valley, and a couple other places. We have a nice view on the balconies of part of mission bay and SeaWorld.

Hi my name is Chelsea Shusterman. I am an undergraduate student at USD. I am in my last year there but might stay in San Diego after I graduate. I am 21 years old , quiet, respectful, try to keep things clean, and I do not usually have people over. I think boundaries, communication, and a friendly living situation are important. It would just be me and whoever decides to take over the second bedroom. So only the two of us would be here.
