Otis's room

I have a 3 bed 2 bath house in Brushy Creek. I’m looking to rent a room to one mature, responsible, mindful individual. The room is currently furnished, but it may be possible to remove the furnishings if needed. The house has all the things, laundry, ac, big yard/covered patio, fireplace, off street parking, etc. Trails, disc golf, grocery, gyms, etc all within a few minutes, but in the neighborhood, there is virtually no traffic, very quiet.

This is a private room with a shared bath with one other mature woman. The house is 3 bed, 2 bath, off street parking, large private back yard with a large covered patio area. There is storage in the garage, and some workout equipment, there is also a very large shed in the back yard that could be used for any number of things, it is currently empty. I will be putting some tools for yard work in there, but no other plans for that space at this time. I have a 3 yr old pit mix. She is the sweetest animal on the planet, but she is a rescue, and had some trauma, so she needs to be the only animal, she prefers humans. She is very mellow, enjoys short bursts of playtime, good in the house and respectful of your space and belongings. She is normally very quiet, but will alert to some out of the ordinary things, as any dog will. She even cleans up her own poop, just checking to see if you’re actually reading this. I am 49, male, I have the master bedroom with my own bath. We do not smoke, drink, or use any drugs, including weed. Due to allergies, there is no smoking of anything at the home, inside or out. Alcohol is fine in moderation and edibles are cool at the house, just no smoke. I’m stating this upfront so you can know if your lifestyle fits or not. This is a quiet peaceful place, in a quiet neighborhood in Brushy Creek, 78681.
