About the room
Hi I have a furnished room I’m renting in my house. It has closet space and a bed. It’s very minimal. It also has a TV. The house is located near west village in Detroit, not in west village but near. House is clean. You’ll have access to laundry and can utilize kitchen. However food is not included. No couples. I’m also not holding the room untill you figure it out. You must be looking to rent a minimal of 3 months and sign a agreement indicating that. I prefer someone long term. Also the room is for 1 person. Again no couples and no one with kids as it’s a small room.
About the roomies
My mom lives in one room. I have a 2 year old daughter. I work full time for a labor union. I’m quiet and so is my mom who lives here. Super nice wholesome people here and want you to be as well.
