This Studio suite is at the edge of Natomas with a private entrance. A central location to all freeways, which makes it easy to get to most destinations without a hassle. There are major grocery stores, premium shopping centers, and entertainment located less than 8 minutes away. The unit has easy access to Sacramento’s nightlife as well as Sacramento’s biggest parks which are within walking distance.

I am an Empty Nester with a heart for health professionals and individuals looking for a place where they can rest, rejuvenate, and lay their heads peacefully. I have rented my home to friends and families, also I have been an Airbnb host for over 3.5 years and I have a 5 Star Rating as Airbnb Host!
