Private master bedroom with private bath on opposite side of house! Home was just purchased and in the process of being remodeled. We have a shared living space, kitchen, lanai, 2 car garage and yard. New floors, countertops in kitchen, new paint on walls and furnished in shared spaces.

My buddy Scott and I are looking for a 3rd roommate. I work a lot and Scott -who is a colleague of mine- mostly keeps to himself. We have lived together for the past 6 months and have worked together for a year now. We get along very well and love to just hang out when we have the time. I coach youth soccer and work on the island. Scott mainly works in North Port or from home. We both have a dog! Daisy -Scotts dog- is just a bundle of joy and sleeps all day… not very athletic… Magnolia -my dog- is an energy filled girl who just wants to look out the window all day. I take her to work with me on most days. If I am not home she stays in my room.
