This space would be great for either single or double occupancy.

Our “annual net zero” energy home has a gigantic, beautiful, quiet Master Suite, with a great view of the Owyhees and large walk-in closet available. This listing includes a private bath and shower, with shared, furnished kitchen and living areas. Room plus walk-in closet/closet is approximately 500 square feet.

The location is close to BSU and downtown Boise.

There is an optional queen bed and frame, rocking chair, ottoman, side table, plus dresser for your use; or you can rent this room completely unfurnished. The utilities are shared among the three full time occupants and are currently $150/mo each. This shared amount covers power, water, trash/recycling, sewer, internet and twice monthly ‘common area’ and bathroom cleaning. The amount is based on the annual average utility cost due to the current net metering agreement with Idaho Power.

I will have a small room reserved for when I am in town. My adult son, John Luce, our cat, plus our tenant Andrew with his two dogs will be your more constant roomies.
