Hello! We are looking for a housemate for the primary bed/bath of a 3 bed/3 bath townhouse. (We all have our own bedrooms and bathrooms.) 1 garage parking space and plenty of free street parking. Kitchen and living room shared with 2 other housemates, in unit washer and dryer. There is plenty of storage as well. The neighborhood is safe and centrally located. There is a Safeway and many other restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We are very close to the 101 Freeway and Capitol Expressway as well. We are quiet, clean, respectful, and LGBTQIA+ friendly!
