Tamara's room

Large sunny room available in 2 bedrooms/1 bath, 1 Parking space in Koreatown. 4 unit building between Wilshire and Pico. There is a washer and dryer in the apt.

The first thing i would want you to know about me is that I get along with most people. I am a traveler and I am looking for two people to sublet while I am out of the country. I am studying to be a wellness coach in various modalities. I love this type of work and I prioritize communication and being mutually respectful. I believe that 99% of things in relationships are manageable with clearly communicated boundaries, intentional communication, a spirit of good will. Did I mention a sense of humor? Yeah, that’s key as well. I have lived with people from all over the world, and in every age bracket and from every cultural, socio economic and religious background. It has been a colorful journey thus far and I live for it:-)

This is a great apartment! The photos really don’t do it justice. It has tons of windows and has really good airy vibes about it. Thankfully, there is a washer and dryer within the apartment. Score!!!!

The one drawback to this apartment is that the walls are a bit thin. This is why I am ideally looking for someone who is quiet and will listen to their phone/laptop etc. with headphones at a reasonable volume/pitch so that we can’t hear each other when we are consuming media etc..That said, I am hoping to find someone that would be open to not really having too much company because the walls are thin and you would hear EVERYTHING the other roomie is saying and doing in the other room. ;-)

Some of the utilities like (gas, water, internet) are included, but the electricity may run about $100 dollars each a month. The parking is included and the only other cost would be a monthly housekeeper that is ‘excellent’ and would run us $75 each per month. She would come in to do a deep cleaning each month.

I have a great relationship with the landlord and she is fully aware that I am looking for a roommate/someone to sublet from me.
