Hi everyone!

I’m currently looking for a roommate ASAP. September has already been paid for. Rent would start Oct 1st. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer / dryer, carpet floors, great living space and kitchen with access to a community pool and gym. The apartment complex is well kept, has open parking spots available, and very close to major shopping locations.

A little bit about myself: I’m a 28 year old male working as a nurse. I’m by no means a neat freak, but I do enjoy coming home to a house that’s clean and well kept. I will be keeping my parent’s cat who’s extremely shy around strangers but will gradually open up with more exposure. My interests span across multiple areas from adventure to art, reading, movies, sports, languages etc… but honestly, what I love most after working 12 hour shifts is to sit back and watch Netflix. I don’t normally go out, but if someone wants to, I’m all for it.

As of now, the monthly rent would be about $830 each. Gas and electricity is about $65 per month and water is about $50 depending on how much we’d use. Cable and internet can vary depending on what package we’d want.
