We have 1 bedroom available in our 5 bedroom/2 bathroom house (+bonus room). We have lived here for the past 2 years and one of our housemates will be moving out.

A little bit about us: We are Twenty-something, young professionals and graduate students. We occasionally have spontaneous housemate bonding times. We keep the shared spaces clean.

A bit about the house: Located in fantastic Wedgewood neighborhood with unmatched quality and cleanliness for a rental home! This house is located down the street from Eckstein Middle School as well as a couple of blocks away from Safeway, US Postal Services, Top Pot Doughnuts, play fields, major bus routes, etc. Our driveway holds one car on a first come, first serve basis and street parking is free and readily available.

The house has a huge backyard with ample space for storage.

We split utilities among the 5 renters. This is not included in the rent (Internet, Seattle City Light, Seattle Public Utilities, Puget Sound Energy).

First, Last month’s rent + security deposit due at signing = $1,860

Renter’s insurance is not required but recommended.

House is available to show now. Rent is $620.
