I have a master bedroom with private bathroom available in a cute end unit townhouse in a quiet community minutes from Rt. 50. The house has electric central heating and air, as well as in-unit laundry. Water, Garbage Service, and Lawn Care are included in the Rent. Electricity and Wifi will be Split.

The space is available at the beginning of December. The living room and kitchen come fully furnished, but you’re welcome to add to the decor! I love art and have a large collection of books and like to keep the downstairs common area tidy. There is also a back patio with patio furniture and plants and a half bath downstairs.

I’m ideally looking for someone to sign onto half of the lease for the rest of the year, until December 2023

You’ll just be sharing the house with me. I work for local government 8-5 M-F and on the weekends, I either enjoy traveling out of town, or staying home and working on crafts/chores/chilling. I’m an SU grad and grew up in the area, so I’m pretty good at recommending things to see and do. I consider myself easy to talk to, and communication is #1 with roommates.

Some of my hobbies are travel, music history, thrifting, arts and crafts, and houseplants. I am a DJ and sometimes practice on evenings and weekends, but we can work out a schedule for when quiet is needed. No smoking. Vaping is fine. Sadly, no pets per my landlord.
