Furniture in pictures belong to the previous owner, we will buying new bedroom furniture soon. We have a private room available at our vacation home for a professional and responsible person. You will have your own private restroom, access to the kitchen and porch when we are not there, and use of the washer and dryer. We are usually there two to four times a month with friends or family. References and employment verification will be required, and the lease will be 6 months minimum. North Charleston, quiet, safe and nice neighboorhood. 5 minutes to Bosch, Publix and other nice stores, close to the airport and Boeing. 20 to 25 minutes to Mount Pleasant, Charleston etc. $750/mo. A rental company will be handling the monthly payments, the rental company after prequalifications and security deposit are done. No pets, no drugs, no parties no smoking.
